Anjou Blanc AOC Blanc Ivoire
Dry white wine
Blanc lvoire, it's our Anjou Blanc AOC, the label has changed as the Rouge Carmen's brother. The work however, hasn't changed, still the same diligence to offer you a pure and refreshing great white of Loire.
"A nice pale golden yellow colour with green sparkles. The nose reveals hints of with fruits and lemon zest. Tonic in its first approach, it evolves on white pear and celery. The mineral dimension finalises the nose. The structure in mouth is tight. A great vivacity animates this wine and gives it persistence. An incisive wine which opens up more on beautiful bitters than on richness in mouth."
