Try it with Asian or exotic cuisine as its sweetness goes well with spices.
Grape: 100% cabernet franc.
Viticulture: The vineyard is run under Integrated Pest Management with no plant protection products or synthetic fertilizers.
Soil: Vines of 30 Years old on clay shale and sandstone shale.
Vinification: Maceration with skins for 50% of the harvest and direct pressing for the rest. Bottled after 5 months of ageing.
Analysis: 11% alcohol
Bottled at the property.
