CHAMPS AUX LOUPS AOC ANJOU VILLAGES
The Cabernet Franc is a grape that is distinguished by its fine aromas, its structure and its ability to age. Champs aux Loups is a plot planted with this variety.
We offer you a round wine with a hint of oak and notes of black fruits. It will be a light accompaniment to your red meats, game and cheeses.
"A beautifully intense dark ruby colour. The nose is a bright juicy fruit, highlighted by a subtle oak. The definition is more complex with notes of wild berries and of spice brought about by ageing.
A touch of Zan, liquorice and balsamic completes the aromatic phase. The palate is ample and firm, the wine full, the material is concentrated, the touch of tannin is still prominent but it is of noble quality.
The palate shows promise and has yet to fully open."
