土壤: 樹齡逾三十年的老葡萄藤,種植在泥頁岩和砂岩頁岩土壤。
釀造法: 葡萄榨汁並與果皮冷浸後自然發酵,根據葡萄品種, 發酵時間由12-30天不等,發酵後在木桶內陳釀
分析: 12,5% 酒精
