Rosé de Loire AOC - Rose Pivoine
Freshness and fruit (strawberries. pomegranate). are what we wanted for this dry Rose, for it is the essential companion for your summer meals. Very easy to match to food, it combines the fun and the freshness of the fruit.
Grape: 50% Gamay - 25% cabernet franc - 25% grolleau.
Soil: Vines of 30 years old on clay shale and sandstone shale.
Vinification: Direct pressing of juice and the must sits still for 24 hours in order to separate the juice from the skin.Fermentation and ageing on lees in vats for 6 months.
Analysis: 13,5% Alcohol
Bottled at the property.
Served at a temperature of 8-10 ° C, to be drunk preferably very young, this great rose wine will go well with:
- mixed salads
- grilled fish
- grilled white meats.
