Soil: Vines of 30 years old on clay shale and sandstone shale.
Vinification: Cold maceration followed by natural fermentation. Fermentation from 12 to 30 days depending on the grape variety. Wine ageing in wooden tank.
Analysis: 12,5% Alcohol
